There's a rule that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your clients. I find
that this rule applies very well to business email as well. I receive over 80%
of my email from only a handful of people. 

It would be great if these senders were automatically added to the View menu
based on some rules. The following are some ideas of the rules:

1. If the mailbox contains at least a % of mail from this sender, add them. For
example, 10% sounds like a good idea, although maybe make this number modifiable?

2. If several messages from this person are marked as Important, etc. even if
they only make up 1% of all mail.

Any more ideas? Post them!

Clarifying summary.  There is no such capability in Mozilla, so this involves
more than just adding a view to the default list.
