21880 - Progress bar and Cancel button should be lowered in Progress

build 1999121508-M12. occurs on all platforms.
1. Go to XPInstall page: http://jimbob/trigger2.html.
2. Select any script from dropdown menu. (To see the Progress dialog for a long
enough time, select f_addsubcomp_bigfile)
3. Press Trigger case.
4. In Confirm dialog, press OK.
5. Notice polling bar (progress) and Cancel buttons, where they're placed.
Result: They're almost in the middle of the dialog.
Expected: Place them near the bottom of the dialog. Could talk to Don about
pinpointing the placement.

changed QA Contact... Status area in the dlog could be lowered as well (to get
nice vertical spacing between the list box, status area, and progress bar)
