Broken Link to "New Folder" when Filing a Bookmark. Can Access from Bookmark Managment just fine.

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Whenever I attempt to save/file a new bookmark and click on the "New Folder" button, nothing happens, except that I save the bookmark in a general (bottom of the list) way. I have to then go into Bookmark Management to create the new folder, and then refile the bookmark. Please fix the link, or advise me if already fixed, and I will be happy to download a newer version that than I install ed within the past 2-3 weeks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. See above. 2. 3. Actual Results: See above. Expected Results: Fix the link. I / people do not have time to mess with the extensive and complicated search screens when attempting to report a bug. Make the whole process simpler, please.
