User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030910 Firebird/0.6.1+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030910 Firebird/0.6.1+ when checking my yahoo mail for my bugzilla account info, i selected the password to copy and paste into the login info. when i deselected the password, the blue undeline of the link directly above had been removed, as shown in the attachment.. (i've changed my password since i made the screenshots!) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. have a webpage that includes a link on one line and text close beneath 2. select the text 3. deselect the text Actual Results: the underline of the link is removed, the part 'touched' by the selection process Expected Results: the underline shouldn't be affected by the selection of text beneath it

I made this testcase by 1. Sending a message to my Yahoo Mail account. 2. Using the "ancestors" and "computed styles" bookmarklets to examine the Yahoo Mail page. 3. Using http://www.squarefree.com/htmledit/ to construct a "bottom-up" testcase. To use the testcase: 1. Select any part of the text "foo bar". Result: the underline above the entire phrase "foo bar" disappears. Deselecting and then switching to another window and back makes the underline reappear.

Based on my testcase, this is a dup of bug 93717, "Underline of linked text disappears at certain CSS font size settings". *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 93717 ***
