the URL is just the message page you're sent to with a "noncompliant" browser, and everything works fine in Mozilla (as it should, since they DO detect NS6/7 correctly). Their sniffing is just wrong, and needs fixed. I'm assigning this bug to me, as I just don't have the time tonight to do this, but want to get to it later on.
With FF 1.0/Mozilla 1.8b I don't see any problems if I open http://www.hsn.com/ or browse around. Could this be fixed?
Summary: HSN needs to uypdate server side browser sniffing to recognize non-IE/NS browsers → HSN.com - needs to update server side browser sniffing to recognize non-IE/NS browsers
looks fixed to me, although i didn't try to go beyong checkout or create an account. without more details, lets call it fixed. please reopen with details how to reproduce if you disagree.
