User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 I am unable to send email or reply to email. Whenever I attempt to send, the message "encripted connection encountered. See help for info on sending encripted mail" pops up and the system hangs. The email is not encripted. The recipient does not require any special identification. I have two different ISP's and the same thing happens on both. This is on my home computer (OS Windows XP) with a modem connection. At my office (OS Windows NT) with an ethernet network connection using Netscape I don't seem to encounter the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compose and address message 2. Send 3. Actual Results: described above Expected Results: sent the message
I'm pretty sure that the dialog "encripted connection encountered. See help for info on sending encripted mail" doesn't come from mozilla. please try with a clean new profile
