Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Expected Results: https (etc) should 'just work' out of the box, or it should be very clear how to add this functionality after downloading, as an extension (right now, I have no idea how to do this, and I think I've searched pretty hard).
Is this a problem on other platforms' builds? Have I assigned this to the right component owner etc?
Nuking some corrupt .db files in the profile fixed this.
