The official Linux nightly trunk builds downloaded from ftp.mozilla.org don't
have PSM/SSL enabled.

Expected Results:  
https (etc) should 'just work' out of the box, or it should be very clear how to
add this functionality after downloading, as an extension (right now, I have no
idea how to do this, and I think I've searched pretty hard).

Is this a problem on other platforms' builds?  Have I assigned this to the right
component owner etc?

Nuking some corrupt .db files in the profile fixed this.
