When starting Mozilla 1.4.1 on windows2000, the usual splash screen is sometimes
replaced by a icon showing a down arrow.
I will send a screenshot.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla


Actual Results:  
An arrow icon on splash screen.
Everything else goes well.

Expected Results:  
The usual mozilla splash screen.

What do you have on your system that is non-native to Windows 2000?

I see X11 is there...

1/ This only occure since I have installed the 20030906 build.
   (I had previously the 1.4 realease)
2/ On the screenshot, the X11 icon whas a remote unix session using Cygwin/XFree.
   Howhever, the behaviour I described occure even if Mozilla is the only
   application running.

I've made a bit more tests. The erroneous splashscreen seems to appear every time
I close Mozilla, and I reopen it. Mozilla seems to rerun much quickly than
the first time I run it. The only time I've got the real splashscreen is the
first time I run Mozilla in my W2000 session.

The bug is still there with :
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4.1) Gecko/20030917
And the behaviour is still uncertain

Two more comments :
 1/ the problem is still there when installing an other splash screen
    (C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\mozilla.bmp) => sometimes
    the desired splash screen appears, sometimes the little down array
    appears
 2/ I have not the problem with the nightly 1.5 version I have installed., ie.
    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030929
