21936 - ftp mirroring broken for daily builds

the solaris and linux builds in the 'latest' directory are way out of date.
even though up to date binaries exist in the daily directories.

I've verified that the staging area has newer bits:

Fixed. Problem was that chrome mirroring was still active.
