I can't see form tags on all sites.
example: the select box on the left top in http://www.heise.de. I see the 
content of the box in one line. 
http://www.google.de - can edit the invilible search field, don't see the 
button but it works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.heise.de
2. and see
3.

Actual Results:  
Must report with ie6.
WFM 20030911 PC/WinXP
WFM Gecko/20030914.

What Mozilla version are you using? Did you try with a new profile?
Did you turn on XBL form controls in debug preferences or something like that?
I turn on XBL form controls.
Without XBL form controls the form tags
are working fine.
