Firebird won't run on RedHat 7.1

When I tried to run firebird/MozillaFirebird I get a message:
firebird/Mozilla-bin: error while loading shared libraries libstdc++.so.5 cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory.
I am runnig RedHat 7.1
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.copied tarball to /usr/local
2.cd /usr/local
3.firebird/Mozillafirebird
Actual Results:
firebird/Mozilla-bin: error while loading shared libraries libstdc++.so.5 cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
Expected Results:
Start firebird

You need to upgrade your glibc and libstdc.
