If you type, for example. gamespy/dailyvictim, hitting ctrl-enter should bring
you to http://www.gamespy.com/dailyvictim, rather than
http://www.gamespy/dailycivtim.com

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in an address including a / (ex. gamepsy/dailyvictim)
2. Hit control enter, or shift enter
3. Observe

Actual Results:  
It tried to bring me to gamespy/dailyvictim.com

Expected Results:  
It should have brought to gamespy.com/dailyvictim
