All netscape versions (from 3.0 - Mozilla) have given me a hard time with this
site. I'm on M11 of Mozilla and was shocked to find the left side tabs not
appearing. There is also quite more distortion in the images of the site that is
not apparant in other browsers.

Looks fine with the latest build

With the Dec 17th build, this page appears renders and displays correctly in the
browser.
