heads up about it. Presumably this is related to the existing
nsIScriptNameSetRegistry.

Argh, I'm not done and I missed the M13 deadline.  I'll put patches in this bug
ASAP (this week) and check them in when the trunk opens for M14.

Vidur, my plan was to implement the attached nsIScriptableNameSetRegistry.idl.
I have a half-done impl.  More soon.
