The nightly build downloaded right now can't get read proxy setting and access
through proxy. This was not a bug in previous build. Same problem with bookmarks
I experienced with previous build.

When I first launch the previous build, and after an instance of the second
build, it connects!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure proxy setting;
2. Access (try to)

Actual Results:  
Can't access.


Expected Results:  
Go through the proxy
