I opened up the 12/16 daily build of Mozilla for Windows only to find that it ignored my settings for mail folders and for news servers, and all panes were blank. I reopened yesterday's build, and all the prefs were recognized, and my mail folders and news servers showed up in messenger. I thought it might be a reflow problem of some sort, but resizing the panes and window produced no results. Likewise, moving the window, and closing it and reopening it, also produced no results. In the past, downloading and running a new build has not required re-entering my mail/news accounts...
This is bug 21937. Should be fixed in tomorrow's builds for you.
