Details

When visiting said URL in 4.x the ugly scrollbars don't appear on the left side
of the page. in mozilla they do (but shouldn't).

Seems like we're ignoring the SCROLLING="NO" attribute of the containing frame.
Looks like a pollmann bug to me.
