My Composition Window in Mozilla Mail does not have a Spell button on the Mail
toolbar or a Check Spelling option on the Options menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
My Composition Window in Mozilla Mail does not have a Spell button on the Mail
toolbar or a Check Spelling option on the Options menu.

Expected Results:  
I read in the Mail and News section, Sending Messages subsection of Mozilla Help
that both the Spell button and the Check Spelling option should be present.

install http://spellchecker.mozdev.org or Mozilla1.5 RC1 which comes with the
spellchecker in the default build.

-> invalid
