This bug is used to track that Unix dialogs should be closed upon pressing the
Enter key:
These dialogs are:
Subscribe
Rename folder
Account Setup
Preferences
New Card
Actual result: In each of these dialogs, when I press Enter, no response. I have
to click on the OK button in order for it to close.
Expected result: Dialogs should be closed when I press the Enter key.

This problem does not occur on Mac and Win_nt
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Whiteboard: linux
Target Milestone: M13
Note: the only time when the enter key should not close a dialog is when the
focus is in a multi-line edit field, I believe. In that case, enter should start
a new line.

cc: akkana since she expressed interest in this.

I think this should be an overall problem, not specific to mail/news.
Component: Back End → Front End
Correct, enter should activate the default button (normally "OK") unless it is in
a multiline edit field. It is also true that this is a global problem. Changing
to "Frond End"
Re Lisa's comment 12/16: In the New Card dialog, under the Other tab, <Enter>
closes the dialog when you use it in the multi-line edit field for Notes on all
platforms. I'll log a separate bug.
Logged bug 23285 for the exception mentioned above on 12/16
