I confirm the bug with Windows98 (not SE) Polish and Mozilla 1.4 and 1.5 beta.
Behaviour exactly as reported.
Mozilla does not work after clean install or re-install on Win98.
I have yet to try advice from comment 6 by Wayne Fisher. Will report results.

Today I wanted to look at this bug, but always I got the notice that there is no
bug 213553 in database.

Reproducible: Always

2. or try to look at bug 213553

Actual Results:  
Notice:  "zero bugs" or bug not found

Expected Results:  
Show the mails to this bug

This has to do with bugzilla.mozilla.org specifically and not the Bugzilla
software generically.

And I fail to reproduce this.  The bug exists, and there are no security groups
set on it, which means anyone can see it.
