tested with 1999121609. when i select the Tasks > IRC Chat menu item in
mozilla for MacOS, an additional window appears but it's blank.
on windows and linux, that new window loads the locally installed IRC Test
Clients page. eg, on my winNT system this file is located at
file:///D|/Mozilla%20Builds/1999121609/irc/tests/index.html.

Due to some NSPR issues, IRC is not yet installed on the Mac. I have recieved a
patch to make it work, and will check it in later his week.

looks like this is fixed...marking wfm. (checked with non-comm bits,
2000-01-20-08.)

Someone on mac should verify this, although i'm pretty sure this is not a
problem anymore.
