User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1 I think that since MozillaFirebird is a Mozilla.org product, the link in the throbber should point to a page inside the mozilla.org domain. "Firebird Help" is a great site, but it already has an entry in the personal toolbar. Also, all browsers from Mozilla.org have always pointed to www.mozilla.org, its an historic issue. The un-educated users won't even find a link to www.mozilla.org from Firebird Help and will think that the browser is made my texturizer.net, a text editor company. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Probably a WONTFIX bug, since it was deliberately changed from a mozilla.org page to its current one in bug 184085. At least not until there's more to the mozilla.org Firebird project pages, to make that worth pointing to instead.
that bug says change it to mozilla.org/products/firebird *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 214523 ***

Once again, we see a bug that is being generalized. This bug also states that the current throbber points to texturizer.net
Oliver, this is clearly a duplicate of bug 214523, which states "Throbber also needs to be pointed at the products page so users can use it to get updates." How is pointing the throbber at http://mozilla.org/products/firebird/<something> more general than your requested "a page inside the mozilla.org domain"? If anything, your request was the more generalized and less actionable of the two - not to mention a couple of months newer and without any developer input, whereas bug 214523 was reported by the Firebird engineer who intends to fix it in a very specific, un-generalized way. Verified duplicate of bug 214523.

Hi Asa, well I just wanted to point out that Ben asked for 2 things to be fixed in 1 bug. Also, starting from 0.7 MF points to texturizer.net. When Ben posted the bug, the throbber was pointing at mozilla.org. Its ok marking this as duplicated, thats why I don't changed the status of this bug. I wanted to show my point of view. Thats all.
