When I use Mozilla 1.4 I prefer to use the "mark link as visited" option from
this utility. When I use the install link in Mozilla 1.4 to install this, it
reports an error. Mozilla 1.2.1 installs this application without any problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL specified
2. Click on "install" link
3.

Actual Results:  
Error "cannot install" (from Mozilla 1.4)

Expected Results:  
Installed it without any problem (from Mozilla 1.2.1)
