Quicklaunch doesn't work right.  The icon appears in the system tray, and even
after a long wait, double-clicking it does nothing.  Right-clicking it produces
the expected menu, but the exit option is grayed out.  Selecting any of the
other options does nothing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
mozillafirebird.exe -turbo
...wait...
try launching a navigator window, or exiting quicklaunch
Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
launch the browser, or quit
Quicklaunch is not supported by Firebird and is not going to be fixed to be
supported.
