Bug 15445 does not appear to exist! It used to, I remember filing bug 15756 as
a duplicate of it!

Holy crap.

I have discovered the bug that caused this bug (and probably several others) to
disappear. I have fixed that bug, so no more bugs should be mysteriously
vanishing.

Next, I will work on a way to restore these deleted bugs from backups. I do
have good backups, but they're not designed to selectively restore individual
bugs. This is going to be a pain.
Wow. Thanks for the quick response Terry.

(Just for future reference, if anyone else sees this bug, here is Terry's CVS
checking comment for the fix:

> Fixed very very nasty bug which, when deleting a component, would tell
> you it had no bugs (even when it had some), and would then proceed to
> delete all those bugs (even if you had the param set to never allow
> bug deletion.) Added some paranoia to prevent such things from
> happening again. Yikes.

OK, this bug (and four other bugs in the Website component) were wiped out on
November 3rd. They have been restored from the November 2nd backup.
per Terry, auto-verifying any resolved bug that hasn't been touched since before
2.10 was released.
