Even if the proxy server is turned off. Appears to still try direct connection. Also tried setting under the control panel of XP but can still connect to external and internal sites. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Tools::options 2.Connection Settings 3.Set Manaul Proxy configuration 4.Set http: <<servername>> port 8080 5.Clear 'No Proxy For' 6. Ok 7. Ok
