220134 - marking email as junk does not delete in IMAP nor will delete mail marked as junk delete it

With the Junk Controls enabled to delete email when it is marked as Junk,
marking email as junk does not delete the email.
Selecting "Delete mail marked as junk in the tools does not delete the email
marked s junk either.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open IMAP mail account
2.mark mail as junk
3.It is marked but not moved to Trash.
4.Select "delete mail marked as junk in folder" nothing happens.

Actual Results:  
The mail was not moved to the trash folder as it was marked or after the menu
item was selected.

Expected Results:  
It should have moved the mail to the trash folder.

A large numbe of emails or several large emails seems to compound the problem.
