In your 1st composer editing problem/test, I right-clicked the link, chose "Link properties..." then highlighted the string "WINIPCFG" in the Link Location drop-down list, then simply typed in "winipcfg" and it worked. I also tried the "Advanced Edit..." button in the Link Properties modal window; I highlighted the value in the HTML attribute tab, then the value textbox got the whole string of the link, I then highlighted the string "WINIPCFG" and then typed over "winipcfg" and the changes were done. In your 2nd composer editing problem/test, I simply highlighted the hello test string, then right-click and chose "Remove links" from the context menu and the link string was properly reformated. (I noticed that if I try to highlight the hello test string and then right-click to select "Link properties...", then the whole string is selected.) I repeated these procedures at least twice to make sure. If you feel there are still bugs or possible enhancements, then please file 2 bugfiles for your tests and edit in the bugfile the steps to reproduce. XP Pro SP1, Mozilla 1.5 20031007 here.
