local directory field unseen when Mail & News Account Settings dialog box is too
small.
By default the Mail & News Account Settings dialog box is to small and you cant
see the local directory field.
I spent hours trying to figure out what happened to the field, untill I relaized
that my Mail & News Account Settings dialog box was to small.

If I can figure out how to add an attachment, then please see it.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
unable to see the final field unless you increase the size of the Mail & News
Account Settings dialog box.

Expected Results:  
The Mail & News Account Settings dialog box should be the right size by default.
And if a user shrinks it, there should be a way to tell that there is missing
fields, like a scroll bar on the right.
