On DBCS systems (Chinese, Japanese, ...) the Unicode fonts in preferences are by
default set to Tms Rmn or Helv, which cannot display unicode characters. This
is because the unicode font lists in os2pref.js only list "Times New Roman MT
30", which isn't available by default on these systems. We should add the
"Times New Roman WT ..." set of fonts to the list. Patch forthcoming.
