the message compose window does not show all attachements even if the scroll bar
shows up. a maximum of 5 attachements is displayed if 1-7 messages are attached.
if more that 8 messages are attached, the scrollbar shows up. however, two
messages always remain hidden.

screen resolution: 1024x768

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. attach 5 files
2. attach 2 more
3. attach 2 more


Actual Results:  
you can not scroll to the last two attachements

Expected Results:  
show all attachements so you can double check and remove the attahcments you are
sending

this bug may be related to another problem i have been experiencing. you can
only attach up to 6 pdf files at the same time. if you are trying to attach more
that 6 files, no file will be attached at all!!! i have tried to reproduce this
problem with .txt files but was not successful in reproducing the problem.

Related to bug 122180?
That one was fixed recently, and the real cause was bug 195355, so probably
Thunderbird was affected as well.

I can confirm this. I'm using Windows 2000 and Mozilla 1.6 (German; normal
skin).
In a message with 6 attachments I can only scroll to attachment #5 [details] in the list
of the attachments.
When using the down-arrow key on the keyboard (see bugzilla-attachment) I can
scroll down to attachment #5 [details] ("Anlage 3.xls") correctly. Pressing the
down-arrow key to see attachment #6 [details] the first of the tree shown lines turnes
into blank and the list is NOT scrolled!
I expect that the list is scrolled and the attachment #6 [details] (the last one) is
shown.

Ich habe Mozilla 1.6 im Einsatz. Es kam schon öfters vor, wenn ich mehere
Attachments bekomme nicht alle angezeigt bekomme, es fehlt immer eins.

Wenn ich dann unter Ansicht -> Inline-Attachments anzeigen" deaktiviere und
wieder aktiviere dann wird mir das fehlende Attachment angezeigt.

In English:
I'm using Mozilla 1.6. It happened often when I get many attachments not all are
shown, always one is missing.

When I choose "View" and deactivate "Show inline-attachments" and activate again
the missing attachment is shown.

Reporter (alpha) -- are you still encountering this problem?  I'm not seeing it 
in TB 0.7.

Volker Seibt: your problem is definitely bug 122180 and it has been
fixed in 1.7.  (Note that this bug was filed against Thunderbird and is about 
the Compose window, NOT the message-view window.)
