Chatzilla on the 1.5 branch seems to be missing its images which indicate ops
etc.  Having discussed this on IRC, apparently it looks like the checkin of
0.9.35 didn't contain the images (or not in the right place).

(not sure if this applies to trunk as well)

It appears that landing 0.9.35 on MOZILLA_1_5_BRANCH (bug 217275) didn't update
jar.mn with the new op/voice images, so they aren't being packaged.

This appears to apply to the landing of 0.9.35 on the trunk too.
