Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 I export bookmarks and save them in a folder. The reason I have to do this is because when I import bookmarks, then close the browser, when I reopen the browser, the new bookmarks revert to what they were before the import (i.e., I lose bookmarks), and the browser, and in fact the whole operating system, becomes sluggish (i.e., I get a delayed response to actions). I feel like removing Mozilla and reinstalling, but the last time I did that my exported bookmarks disappeared too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Arrange bookmarks the way I want them. I then export them for a backup. 2.Close browser. When I reopen browser, some of my bookmarks are gone. 3.Then I open Manage Bookmarks and delete almost all the bookmarks except Bookmarks and Personal Toolbar Folder. Then I import the saved exported bookmarks. 4.When I close browser and reopen it, some of my bookmaks are gone. See step 1. Expected Results: Import my bookmarks and keep them even after I close and then reopen browser.
