When you do "Save Link Target As..." for "*.mpg" file adds ".mpeg" extension
(so, the name of the file changes). The file is still functional, since its
extension (now "*.mpeg") is OK. But the files "*.mpg" and "*.mpeg" both stay for
some video format, however "*.mpeg" extension is probably "better".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find any link to "*.mpg" file (I suggest "ideal.mpg", it's shorter).
2. Do "Save Link Target As..." to it.
3. Find "*.mpg.mpeg" file on your disk.

Actual Results:
The name of the file you saved is "*.mpg.mpeg".

Expected Results:
The name of the file you saved is "*.mpg".

If one really wants "*.mpeg" extension at the end of the file name, one may
change "mpg" to "mpeg", not just add ".mpeg" at the end.
