User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20030927 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20030927 I tried joining the "#gaim" channel at irc.freenode.net and got a message that I need to be identified, so, I entered the following command in Chatzilla client: /msg nickserv identify <mypassword> which was good :), and then I gave: /join #gaim At this point, Chatzilla crashed (seems like a NULL pointer exception) - screen dump attached. Then, I restarted mozilla, typed in "irc://irc.freenode.net", which opened chatzilla and told me that my id "aj2911" beloned to someone else, so, I typed: /msg NickServ identify <mypassword> and the server recognized me as me :) typed "/join #gaim" again, and it crashed again. I restarted mozilla and tried to connect to OpenZaurus channel, which does not need to be identified, but Chatzilla crashes again (without me idenifying to the server). Thus, I am not able to use Chatzilla at all. It crashes at all channels, irrespective of weather they need to be identified or not. Let me know if you need any more info. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start mozilla 2. Goto URL: irc://irc.freenode.net 3. Identify yourself in chatzilla: "/msg nickserv identify <yourpassword>" 4. join a channel (preferably gaim): "/join #gaim" Actual Results: Chatzilla crashed Expected Results: well, that shouldn't be too hard to figure out ;) Ask me if you need any info...

Probably a duplicate of 220516. See also bug 220521 (same thing on the same build).
