User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030916 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030916 Sometimes when I send a mail, I get Message that the mail can't be copied to my sent folder and give me the choice that I can return to editing or cancel. Don't understand why mail can not be copied, because though I work with an IMAP server for quota reasons I use a local sent folder. When I cancel this (because mail already sent), Mozilla crashes. After restarting there is a new Mail in my inbox which is abolutely empty: no subject, sender, or text and the date is 01-jan-70 1:00 This happens every time this error occurs (1-2 times a week, I'm a heavy mail user). These empty mails can not be deleted "The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: UID COPY failed: failed to copy (Database Error#-2).." I guess this is because the empty mails are not on the server, only local in my Mozilla Mail. When I use an other Mail client, I don't see these empty mails. As I get one of these at every of these crashes, I have quite a collection of these empty mails in my inbox. The only way I found to get rid of them is to delete the mail account and create it anew. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send mail 2. wait for crash 3. look inbox Actual Results: see above Expected Results: copy sent mail to sent folder and not create empty mail in inbox will submit next time it crashes
