As I can't enlarge the size of the Preferences, I can't see several settings,
such as "Navigator", "Helper Applications", "Message Display", "Cache".
It has continued since I updated Mozilla 1.4 or Netscape 7 from Netscape 4.x.
Though Mozilla 1.5 or Netscape 7 does work properly, I feel uncomfortable.

Actual Results:  
I can't see the Preferences properly.

Expected Results:  
I hope I can enlarge the size of the Preferences by pulling down the right
bottom corner.
