220994 - Mozilla window does not retain maximized setting on next restart after using full screen mode

When Mozilla window is maximized (the icon between minimize and close on the
title bar) and full screen is used, the next time Mozilla is started the window
will not be maximized.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Maximize Mozilla's window
3. Go into full screen mode
4. Return to normal screen mode
5. Close Mozilla
6. Restart Mozilla
Actual Results:  
The window is no longer maximized

Expected Results:  
The window should have the same settings as the last time it was run

Well, if I see this one right, your mozilla was _not_ maximized when shutting it
down - according to Step 4

--> invalid.

Please reopen, if I didn't get the right point.

Step 4: Return to normal screen mode as opposed to full screen mode, if Mozilla
was maximized in step 2, it will still be maximized after step 4 (which is
normal, but then, when closed and restarted it will be in windowed mode).

Full screen mode: [view->full screen F11] when in "Normal" screen mode
"Normal" screen mode: [view->full screen F11] when in Full screen mode
Maximized: button between minimize and close on title bar. As opposed to
windowed   mode.
