When getting disconnected in a not-specially handled way, the message's blanks
are filled in wrong.

E.g. "Connection to compsoc (irc.warwickcompsoc.co.uk) closed with status 6667."

Attachment: Corrects formatting parameters

This patch changes the formatting parameters so that;
a) the network and server a irc:// URLs, for conformaty with the other
messages, and also general convenience (inc. bug 161206).
b) passes the status parameter for the message.
