Similar bug reports to this one inclue Bug #5444 and Bug #20538. Essentially,
when you've got 2 or 3 browser windows open at a time you will on occasion have
it so that you cannot close them. Mozilla essentially freezes, and won't shut
down at all unless you kill the DOS window that opens up.

Unfortunately this one is pretty intermittnet, and doesn't kick in Dr. Watson.
I've had it to where 4 to 5 windows were up and active and I was able to close
them out normally. I've also had it to where I "Open Link in New Window", then
attempt to close that new window causes a lock. I've played with this quite a
bit, and I can't seem to figure out if there's something repeatable I can
provide. All I can tell you is that it never takes me more than an hour to
repeat this, and it does not appear to be web site specific.
Another user reported this very same error on MozillaZine today as well. In
other words, it ain't just me.
