Have composed message through the normal mechanism and spell checked then send
button, goes through failure box attached as attached, we have two outgoing
avenues, both routes fail, worked on previous daily update

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a mail message, no attachment text only mode
2.Spell Check
3.Send

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
message sent

Chris, you wrote, it worked with previous daily update. You mean you tried with
20030930 and it worked? Or which was the previous build you used?

The error message looks similar to that in bug 219449. Is it possible you're
using ip numbers instead of hostname.domainname for the SMTP servers?

After some updates the parameters that are transfered in the update seem not to
work. After presenting the problem to the ISP, it was noted that a possible
solution is to amihilate and save zero set up information in the "View settings
for this account"
Close application
open application and enter the server information
This then works for me
This bug then is not now as originally reported
