wrong database for the bug, you should look there: http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?Catalog=LCID%3D1033%26CDID%3DEN-US-KB%26PRODLISTSRC%3DON&Product=&KeywordType=ANY&Titles=false&numDays=&maxResults=25&Queryl=Shutdown&Query=Shutdown&QuerySource=gsfxSearch_Query&srchExtraQry= To prevent this bug happening in the future, maybe you should look there, how to shutdown windows. http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/centers/windows2000.asp
