Version 1.17 of mozilla/webtools has a syntax error on line 637:

      die ("Open3() did not start: '@{$args{cmd_vec}'. $!\n");      

Need another } after cmd_vec, and maybe single quotes around cmd_vec.

This bug was introduced in version 1.15. This is my first time using bugzilla,
forgive me if it's already been reported. I did look around for it.
