User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031003 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031003 When viewing file:// URLs as a directory tree, Mozilla does not seem to use the default encoding set in the preferences dialog, nor does it seem to use UTF-8 like WinNT is supposed to be providing. Thus garbled filenames are shown (see screenshot). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Those filenames should appear in Hebrew.
