When editing the preferences, the textbox "Local Directory" is not visible and
can therefore not be changed.

Attachment: increases default height of account manager window

This patch changes the default height of the window from 470 to 515 which
ensures that the local directory textbox is displayed completely (at least
under Windows with small fonts - but that's another problem...).
If this patch is not a reasonable solution the elements on the "Server
settings" panel must be rearranged or moved. The screenshot attached to this
bug has been taken from an older build, in newer versions of Tb there is even
one more checkbox on that page and the textbox is completely hidden by default
- that's very confusing.

this has been fixed by bug 89212.
(fyi, the first official build containing the fix is 10-24)
