User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 This is a request to get a Javascript event when an embedded audio link has been played to completion. There's a page with an mp3 embed on it, and once the mp3 reaches the end, a Javascript function would be called. EG: <EMBED SRC="your_file.mid" onPlayed="javascript:myFunc"> The purpose of this is to develop a browser-based MP3 player. I've figured out how to do everything but how to start the next MP3 when the current one is done, and I'm fairly certain that it's impossible without the feature I'm requesting. You would reasonably reply "Get a SMIL player." The reason why I don't want to do that is that my browser-based player is more about the web than about multimedia. I need the goodness of a mature browser, like cookie handling, bookmarks, and sharing the browser cache, much more than I need the the precision control of timing that SMIL gives you. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
