Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit page http://www.iccaustin.org/modules/Yellow_Pages/real_estate.htm
2. Scroll down, the last image is not displayed
3. Visit the same page with IE. 
4. Scroll down, the last image is displayed without any problem.

Actual Results:  
Image doesn't display

Expected Results:  
.gif image should have displayed.

Not Firebird specific.  Also occurs with Mozilla 1.5 RC2
->Browser

It's in fact not working in IE6 either.

Reopening.  GIMP opens the image with no errors/warnings (which usually it's
good at), and ee opens it with no trouble too.  We should really be able to
deal, whatever the issue is.

Sorry, should have mentioned, the image displays well on IE 5.5.
Didn't check with IE 6.
