If you go to a page which opens a pop-up advert and start scrolling by dragging
on a scrollbar with the mouse, the scrollbar will stop working until the window
(or tab) is closed if a popup window opens while you're doing it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to page which will load a popup advertisement
2. Drag a scroll bar with the mouse

Actual Results:  
Scrollbar ceases working until window/tab is closed.

Expected Results:  
Have scroll bar continue working.

It's been fixed both on trunk and 1.5 branch.
