Regression caused by Bug #218817 for both bird applications. Try opening a document that requires the helper app dialog. Note the "Open With" option is always blank. We never show the name of the default application to be used here like we used to. Patch coming up. toolkit's nsHelperAppDlg.js is using a method that was removed by 218817.

devstudio complained about line endings with improper carriage returns and it automatically fixed up several lines; hence the first part of this patch. the real part of the bug fix is just the 2nd part of the patch: modifying the obsolete call to getDownloadInfo.
