Removing downloaded files from download maneger if files are saved directly to
floppy causes "no disk in drive" dialog to open and cancel and continue buttons
give no effect - i clicked cancel for some 10 times and this dialog just
continued to come up until "end task" dialog appears. End task closes Mozilla. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save lot of files to floppy;
2. Remove disk;
3. Click remove from list

Actual Results:  
Mozilla waits for disk insert. Camcel doesnt help. Impossible to continue work
with Mozilla. Programm is terminated by windows.

Expected Results:  
After pressing cancel in insert disk doalog just remove file from download
maneger list. Or dont check actual file location when removing from list.
